If we're honest with ourselves, we all have a tough time staying present. Facebook, work, Instagram, quality time with family, running from event to event, and finding time to connect with our significant others can leave us stressing about the future and not living in the present moment.

And it's robbing us of enjoying our relationships we have with others.  Lack of presence is robbing us of being as productive as we'd like to be at work or in school. And it's robbing us of enjoying or leisure time and hobbies that we would otherwise love to do.
