The Importance of Sleep | Ep. 037
Show Notes

After a rare encounter with our daughter not sleeping well this weekend, Heather and I have both been VERY sleep deprived. As a result, I started asking the question:

"How important is sleep, really?"

What I found is stunning. Sleep is linked to almost every lifestyle disease you could think of, and it will ruin your ability to be present, productive, and profitable in all aspects of life.

I share my experiences with lack of sleep and share exactly how to mitigate the damaging effects of lack of sleep inside of your life.  Tune in below!
