After watching one episode of Ugly Delicious on Netflix, I heard chef David Cheng and his guests talk about banana trees.  They were discussing how some, particularly bananas that were made for American grocery stores are much more prone to get infected and not be used.

It all has to do with connection, diversity and adaptability.  I share some insight on what I learned from this episode, and what it means for us on a personal and physiological level to be connected, or disconnected.
